Do I have to come over to you to take measurements?
No.
Our handbike offers a wide range of adjustment options. You can adjust the following elements yourself: the distance of the backrest from the perineum, the height of the headrest, the distance of the footrests from the perineum, the height of the support, and even the distance of the perineum from the support. This gives almost endless possibilities to set the optimal position on the bike for everyone.
The non-adjustable dimensions (which must be determined BEFORE ordering) are: frame length (you can choose from two standard lengths), fork length (you can choose from three standard lengths), crank arm length/width (you can choose from five lengths and width). We can determine this based on your height and weight and previous experience with handbikes.
What if the standard dimensions offered are insufficient for me??
If, due to your unique parameters or unique preferences, the dimensions we offer do not meet your requirements, we can - for an additional fee specified in the configurator - make the frame, fork and cranks in any desired dimensions within the range specified in the configurator.
Do JetBikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all JetBikes come with a warranty to ensure customer satisfaction. Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues with the handbike, providing you with peace of mind and support for your purchase.
