Our philosophy
We create high-performance carbon bikes where engineering precision meets athlete insight. Built on decades of experience in advanced composites and custom design, every bike reflects our commitment to performance, craftsmanship, and riders who demand more.

engineering precision
Every detail of our bikes is designed with purpose.
From carbon layup and frameset geometry to stiffness, aerodynamics, and weight, each element is carefully calculated, tested, and refined.
Drawing on decades of experience in mechanical and aeronautical engineering, we combine advanced materials with real-world athlete feedback to deliver bikes that feel responsive, efficient, and perfectly tuned to the rider.

athlete feedback
is at the core of how our bikes evolve. We work closely
with experienced riders and elite competitors who use our bikes in real training and racing conditions.
Their insights — from fit and comfort to power transfer, handling, and aerodynamics — directly shape design decisions, allowing us to fine-tune each model to perform where it matters most: on the road and on the track.

attention to detail
is what turns good engineering into exceptional performance. Every curve, junction, and finish is carefully considered — not only for performance,
but also for durability, comfort, and aesthetics.
From precise carbon layup and clean internal routing
to flawless surface finishing and final assembly,
we focus on the small details that riders may not always see, but always feel.

materials & carbon technology
We work with advanced carbon fibers chosen for their strength, stiffness, and weight efficiency. Each frameset is built using carefully selected fiber type and precisely controlled layup schedules, allowing us to place material only where it is truly needed. This approach delivers an optimal balance of rigidity, comfort, and durability, while keeping weight to a minimum.
Our experience in aeronautical and mechanical engineering influences how we shape, reinforce, and finish every carbon structure. The result is a frameset that responds instantly to rider input, withstands the demands of competition, and maintains its performance over time.

design philosophy
Our design philosophy is driven by purpose, not trends. Every line, shape, and structural choice serves a clear function — improving efficiency, handling, and rider confidence. We balance aerodynamics, stiffness, weight, and comfort to create bikes that perform at the highest level without unnecessary complexity.
Guided by engineering precision and refined through athlete feedback, our designs evolve continuously. The goal is not to reinvent for the sake of novelty, but to perfect what matters most: a bike that feels intuitive, fast, and fully connected to the rider.

craftsmanship & production process
Every bike is built through a careful, hands-on production process where precision and experience guide each step. From preparing carbon layers to molding, curing, finishing, and final assembly, we maintain close control over quality at every stage. This ensures consistency, structural integrity, and a refined finish.
Small-scale production allows us to focus on craftsmanship rather than volume. Each frame is inspected, adjusted, and assembled with care, resulting in a bike that meets our exact standards before it reaches the rider. It’s a process rooted in engineering discipline, attention to detail, and respect for the athlete who will ride it.
permanent team members
Hubert Jakubowski
Production Hubert has 3 years of experience working with carbon composites. He laminates, cuts, and finishes carbon surfaces, and also plays an important role in testing our bikes to make sure they perform as intended. Energetic, enthusiastic, and always curious about new challenges, Hubert contributes fresh ideas and valuable feedback to the team.
Iza Baranowska
Finances, Sales & Marketing Iza brings strategic leadership and a strong customer perspective to the company. She has an academic background in international economics and management, and is also a certified chief accountant. Before co-founding the company, Iza held senior leadership roles across business and non-profit sectors, including leading the Polish Society for the Protection of Birds, where she also worked at European level with BirdLife International.
Jarek Baranowski
Design & Construction Jarek is the heart of our engineering. With a background in power, mechanical, and aeronautical engineering, he has been designing and building high-performance bicycles for nearly three decades. His journey with carbon handbikes began in 2004, when he built a bike that caught the attention of legendary athlete Franz Nietlispach. That meeting led to the creation of Carbonbike.ch, a brand that helped define modern carbon handbikes. After Carbonbike changed ownership in 2015, Jarek continued as a designer and constructor, developing the renowned “K” kneelers for Carbonbike.usa. In 2021, Jarek launched his own brand — JetBike — bringing together everything he had learned over years of working closely with elite athletes. Since 1996, his mission has remained the same: to create bikes that are stiff, aerodynamic, lightweight, and beautiful, while responding quickly to athletes’ individual needs and preferences.
Szymek Zegarowicz
Production Szymek has 5 years of experience working with carbon composites. He laminates, cuts, and varnishes composite parts, and also takes care of assembling bike components. Always happy to suggest new solutions, Szymek is responsible, detail-oriented, and someone the team can truly rely on.
