2. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable EU and national laws. You must not:
a) Misuse the website or interfere with its operation
b) Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
c) Reproduce or distribute content without permission
3. Products and Availability
a) We manufacture and sell handbikes and related products.
b) Product descriptions are provided in accordance with EU consumer information requirements
c) Images are illustrative and may vary slightly from delivered products
d) We reserve the right to update specifications, pricing, or availability at any time
4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
a) All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT, unless stated otherwise
b) Any additional delivery costs are clearly shown before order confirmation
c) Payment must be made using the available payment methods at checkout
5. Shipping and Delivery
a) Delivery areas, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided before purchase
b) Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
c) Risk passes to the consumer upon physical receipt of the goods, in accordance with EU law
6. Right of Withdrawal
a) non-customized goods
i. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of non-customized goods within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
ii. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods
iii. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing
iv. Returned goods must be unused and in their original condition, unless otherwise permitted by law
b) customized goods
i. In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are: made to the consumer’s specifications, or clearly personalized.
ii. By placing an order for a custom-made product, you expressly acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once production of the product has begun.
iii. This does not affect your statutory rights, including: the 2-year legal guarantee for defective or non-conforming goods under EU law and/or your right to remedies in case of faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products

7. Warranty and Legal Guarantee
a) Our products are covered by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee under EU consumer law.
b) This guarantee covers defects that existed at the time of delivery.
c) Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or lack of maintenance is excluded.
d) A commercial warranty of additional 3 years is provided to you in addition to your statutory rights.
8. Product Use and Safety
a) Handbikes involve inherent risks.
b) Users must follow provided safety instructions and maintenance guidelines
c) Proper protective equipment is strongly recommended
d) Our liability is not excluded where injury or damage results from product defects or negligence, as required under EU law
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, trademarks, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of Carbon-Project Sp. z o.o. or its licensors and are protected under EU and international law.
10. Limitation of Liability
a) Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:
b) Death or personal injury caused by negligence
c) Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
d) Product liability under Directive 85/374/EEC
e) Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
f) Otherwise, liability is limited to the extent permitted by EU and national law.

a) Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a) These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
b) If you are a consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence within the EU.
