Payment


1. We accept payment using the payment methods displayed during the checkout process, which may include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment solutions.

2. All prices are shown in [currency] and include VAT, unless stated otherwise

3. Any additional costs (such as shipping fees or customs-related charges, where applicable) are clearly displayed before order confirmation

4. Ready-made products

a. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed

b. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment is not successfully completed

c. Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

5. Custom-made products

a. By placing an order for products that are made according to your individual specifications, including but not limited to size, components, colors, geometry, or other personalized features, you confirm that:

i. All specifications and details submitted are accurate and complete

ii. You understand that the product will be manufactured specifically for you

iii. Production may begin immediately after order confirmation and prepayment of 60% of total value of the order

iv. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

b. Once production has started, orders for custom-made products cannot be changed or cancelled

c. Requests for changes before production begins may be considered at our discretion and must be confirmed in writing

d. Any additional costs resulting from changes requested by the customer may be charged accordingly


Delivery


1. We deliver products to all countries.

2. Available delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout

3. Standard production of custom-made products is 12 weeks

4. Standard delivery time from the moment goods are shipped is 3 working days in Europe and 7 working days outside Europe

5. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, and external factors

6. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control

7. For customers within the EU, the risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon physical receipt of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

8. For deliveries outside the EU, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

9. If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, any additional delivery costs may be charged to the customer.

10. If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please notify us without undue delay so that we can arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
